The A.I. technology immediately scans and analyzes your website.

Within 48 hrs., your website is certified as being fully compliant.

Your website pages are scanned every 24 hours to make sure new and revised content are adjusted to be compliant with ADA Standards. Saving you time and money.

It shows people with disabilities that you are empathetic enough to consider their needs when they come to your website. You value them just as much as you value every other consumer. After all, they like to shop online and do research just like everyone else.

You can avoid a lawsuit that would impose hefty legal fees, loss of time for your business and bruise your good reputation. Negative press of this nature could make you look indifferent to those with disabilities. This is a turn-off to countless potential buyers.

You can be the leader in your industry and upstage your local competitors who have not made the effort to provide this level of accommodations for their visitors. At the same time, enjoy the peace of mind that comes with doing the right thing.

Here are more examples of legal repercussions brought to other well-known businesses.

"The American Council of the Blind (ACB) filed a nationwide class suit against Hulu, accusing the streaming video service of violating Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). The suit, which was filed in federal district court in Boston, Massachusetts, alleges that Hulu’s website is inaccessible to users who are blind or limited vision and that the streaming video service does not offer video description on any of its content. The ACB was joined in the suit by the Bay State Council of the Blind, as well as two Massachusetts residents who are themselves blind." Source: Levelaccess.com

"In June 2011, the National Association of the Deaf (NAD) filed suit against Netflix, citing their lack of closed captioning for streaming video as a violation of the ADA. Netflix offers mail-order DVDs, which abide by FCC closed captioning rules, but its “Watch Instantly” online streaming service was not captioned. Since more than half of all Americans watch Netflix, the video streaming service must be made accessible to deaf and hard of hearing viewers."

Court Permits Website Accessibility Lawsuit Against Hooters To Proceed. A blind man whose name is Dennis Haynes filed a lawsuit against Hooters in April 2017. In the suit, he cited Hooters committed a "violation of Title III of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA). That section of the law requires businesses that provide services open to the public to ensure that those services are accessible to all individuals, including those with disabilities. The law has recently been interpreted to apply to websites just as it does to physical stores, restaurants, shops, offices, and other brick-and-mortar places of business." Haynes asked he court to order Hooters to make changes to its website that would make it fully accessible to people with disabilities. In addition, he requested that Hooters maintain and continuously update their website's compatibility with screen readers so that all visually impaired people can use it.

A blind man whose name is Guillermo Robles sued Domino's Pizza after he could not use their website to place an order for food. He could not use their mobile app as well, despite using his screen-reader software. "The Supreme Court denied a petition from pizza giant Domino’s on Monday to hear whether its website is required to be accessible to the disabled, leaving in place a lower court decision against the company." This was a major win for the disability community and its advocates. This case demonstrated the fact that if businesses are permitted to disregard ADA laws and fail to maintain accessible websites, people with disabilities "could be effectively shut out of substantial portions of the economy."

"In the NAD v. Harvard and NAD v. MIT lawsuits, the NAD claimed that Harvard and MIT denied people who are deaf and hard of hearing equal access to the universities’ free online programming." Furthermore, "In addition to ensuring accessibility for Harvard and MIT’s online programming, a firm ruling from the courts would likely pressure other universities to comply with stricter captioning standards and also provide much-needed guidance for closed captioning and other web accessibility requirements."On February 18, 2020, the NAD announced that it had reached a settlement with MIT in regards to the 2015 class-action lawsuit. The terms of the NAD v. MIT settlement are similar to the agreement between the NAD and Harvard."
